Greek

Και εκαμε θυσιαστηριον χαλκουν, εικοσι πηχων το μηκος αυτου, και εικοσι πηχων το πλατος αυτου, και δεκα πηχων το υψος αυτου.

English

Then said Solomon, The Lord said that he would dwell in thick darkness.

وعمل البحر مسبوكا عشر اذرع من شفته الى شفته وكان مدورا مستديرا وارتفاعه خمس اذرع وخيط ثلاثون ذراعا يحيط بدائره.

Εκαμεν ετι την χυτην θαλασσαν δεκα πηχων απο χειλους εις χειλος, στρογγυλην κυκλω, και το υψος αυτης πεντε πηχων· και γραμμη τριακοντα πηχων περιεζωννυεν αυτην κυκλω.

English

But I have built a house to thy name, holy to thee, and prepared for thee to dwell in for ever.

Και υπο το χειλος αυτης ητο ομοιωμα βοων, περικυκλουντων αυτην κυκλω, δεκα κατα πηχην, περικυκλουντες την θαλασσαν κυκλω. Αι δυο σειραι των βοων ησαν χυμεναι ομου με αυτην.

English

And the king turned his face, and blessed all the congregation of Israel: and all the congregation of Israel stood by.

كان قائما على اثني عشر ثورا ثلاثة متجهة الى الشمال وثلاثة متجهة الى الغرب وثلاثة متجهة الى الجنوب وثلاثة متجهة الى الشرق والبحر عليها من فوق وجميع اعجازها الى داخل.

Ιστατο δε επι δωδεκα βοων· τρεις εβλεπον προς βορραν, και τρεις εβλεπον προς δυσμας, και τρεις εβλεπον προς νοτον, και τρεις εβλεπον προς ανατολας· και η θαλασσα εκειτο επ' αυτων· και ολα τα οπισθια αυτων ησαν προς τα εσω.

English

And he said, Blessed be the Lord God of Israel: he has even fulfilled with his hands as he spoke with his mouth to my father David, saying,

وغلظه شبر وشفته كعمل شفة كاس بزهر سوسن. يأخذ ويسع ثلاثة الآف بثّ.

Και το παχος αυτης ητο μιας παλαμης και το χειλος αυτης κατεσκευασμενον ως χειλος ποτηριου, ως ανθος κρινου· εχωρει δε πληρης ουσα τρεις χιλιαδας βαθ.

English

From the day when I brought up my people out of the land of Egypt, I chose no city of all the tribes of Israel, to build a house that my name should be there; neither did I choose a man to be a leader over my people Israel.

وعمل عشر مراحض وجعل خمسا عن اليمين وخمسا عن اليسار للاغتسال فيها. كانوا يغسلون فيها ما يقربونه محرقة والبحر لكي يغتسل فيه الكهنة.

Εκαμεν ετι δεκα λουτηρας, και εθεσε πεντε εκ δεξιων και πεντε εξ αριστερων, δια να πλυνωσιν εν αυτοις· εκει επλυνον οσα ησαν δια ολοκαυτωσιν· η θαλασσα ομως ητο δια να νιπτωνται εν αυτη οι ιερεις.

English

But I chose Jerusalem that my name should be there; and I chose David to be over my people Israel.

وعمل منائر ذهب عشرا كرسمها وجعلها في الهيكل خمسا عن اليمين وخمسا عن اليسار.

Και εκαμε τας χρυσας λυχνιας δεκα, κατα το διατεταγμενον περι αυτων, και εθεσεν αυτας εν τω ναω, πεντε εκ δεξιων και πεντε εξ αριστερων.

English

And it came into the heart of David my father, to build a house for the name of the Lord God of Israel.

وعمل عشر موائد ووضعها في الهيكل خمسا عن اليمين وخمسا عن اليسار. وعمل مئة منضحة من ذهب.

Και εκαμε δεκα τραπεζας, και εθεσεν αυτας εν τω ναω, πεντε εκ δεξιων και πεντε εξ αριστερων. Και εκαμεν εκατον χρυσας λεκανας.

English

But the Lord said to my father David, Whereas it came into thy heart to build a house for my name, thou didst well that it came into thy heart.

وعمل دار الكهنة والدار العظيمة ومصاريع الدار وغشّى مصاريعها بنحاس.

Και εκαμε την αυλην των ιερεων και την μεγαλην αυλην, και θυρας δια την αυλην, και εσκεπασε τας θυρας αυτων με χαλκον.

English

Nevertheless thou shalt not build the house; for thy son who shall come forth out of thy loins, he shall build the house for my name.

Και εθεσε την θαλασσαν κατα το δεξιον πλευρον προς ανατολας, απεναντι του μεσημβρινου μερους.

English

And the Lord has confirmed this word, which he spoke; and I am raised up in the room of my father David, and I sit upon the throne of Israel as the Lord said, and I have built the house for the name of the Lord God of Israel:

وعمل حورام القدور والرفوش والمناضح وانتهى حورام من عمل العمل الذي صنعه للملك سليمان في بيت الله

ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲓⲭⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩ ⲛ̀ϯⲕⲩⲃⲱⲧⲟⲥ ⲑⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲉϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧⲥ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ϯⲇⲓⲁⲑⲏⲕⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲥⲉⲙⲛⲏⲧⲥ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓⲥ̅ⲗ̅

Και εκαμεν ο Χουραμ τους λεβητας και τα πτυαρια και τας λεκανας· και ετελειωσεν ο Χουραμ καμνων το εργον, το οποιον εκαμνεν εις τον βασιλεα Σολομωντα δια τον οικον του Θεου·

English

and I have set there the ark in which is the covenant of the Lord, which he made with Israel.

τους δυο στυλους, και τας σφαιρας και τα δυο επιθεματα τα επι της κεφαλης των στυλων και τα δυο δικτυωτα δια να σκεπαζωσι τας δυο σφαιρας των επιθεματων των επι της κεφαλης των στυλων·

And he stood before the altar of the Lord in the presence of all the congregation of Israel, and spread out his hands.

والرمانات الاربع مئة للشبكتين صفّي رمان للشبكة الواحدة لتغطية كرتي التاجين اللذين على العمودين

For Solomon had made a brazen scaffold, and set it in the midst of the court of the sanctuary; the length of it was five cubits, and the breadth of it five cubits, and the height of it three cubits: and he stood upon it, and fell upon his knees before the whole congregation of Israel, and spread abroad his hands to heaven,

Εκαμεν ετι τας βασεις και εκαμε τους λουτηρας επι των βασεων·

English

and said, Lord God of Israel, there is no God like thee in heaven, or on the earth; keeping covenant and mercy with thy servants that walk before thee with their whole heart.

والبحر الواحد والاثني عشر ثورا تحته

ⲙ̀ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲉⲧⲁⲕⲁⲣⲉϩ ⲛ̀ⲇⲁⲩⲓⲇ ⲡⲁⲓⲱⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲁⲕⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲁⲕϫⲟⲕⲟⲩ ⲛⲁϥ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲙ̀ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ

την μιαν θαλασσαν και τους δωδεκα βοας υποκατω αυτης.

English

Even as thou hast kept them with thy servant David my father, as thou hast spoken to him in words:—thou hast both spoken with thy mouth, and hast fulfilled it with thy hands, as it is this day.

والقدور والرفوش والمناشل وكل آنيتها عملها للملك سليمان حورام ابي لبيت الرب من نحاس مجلي.

Και τους λεβητας και τα πτυαρια και τας κρεαγρας και παντα τα σκευη αυτων εκαμε Χουραμ ο πατηρ αυτου εις τον βασιλεα Σολομωντα δια τον οικον του Κυριου, εκ λαμπρου χαλκου.

English

and now, Lord God of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father the things which thou spokest to him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man before me sitting on the throne of Israel, if only thy sons will take heed to their way to walk in my law, as thou didst walk before me.

Εν τη πεδιαδι του Ιορδανου εχυσεν αυτα ο βασιλευς, εν γη αργιλλωδει μεταξυ Σοκχωθ και Σαρηδαθα.

English

And now, Lord God of Israel, let, I pray thee, thy word be confirmed, which thou hast spoken to thy servant David.

وعمل سليمان كل هذه الآنية كثيرة جدا لانه لم يتحقق وزن النحاس.
