Και μετα ταυτα διηρχετο αυτος πασαν πολιν και κωμην, κηρυττων και ευαγγελιζομενος την βασιλειαν του Θεου, και οι δωδεκα ησαν μετ' αυτου,

And it came to pass after these things, that (lit. and) he was walking by city and village, proclaiming and preaching good tidings of the kingdom of God, and the twelve being with him,

και γυναικες τινες, αιτινες ησαν τεθεραπευμεναι απο πνευματων πονηρων και ασθενειων, Μαρια η καλουμενη Μαγδαληνη, εκ της οποιας ειχον εκβη επτα δαιμονια,

and women also whom he healed from evil spirits and sicknesses, Mary who is called The Magdalene,' from whom he cast the seven demons,

ويونّا امرأة خوزي وكيل هيرودس وسوسنة وأخر كثيرات كنّ يخدمنه من اموالهنّ
Εξηλθεν ο σπειρων, δια να σπειρη τον σπορον αυτου. Και ενω εσπειρεν, αλλο μεν επεσε παρα την οδον και κατεπατηθη, και τα πετεινα του ουρανου κατεφαγον αυτο·
English
The sower came forth to sow his seed: and in his sowing, some (lit. one) indeed fell by the road; and it was crushed, and the birds of (the) heaven ate it.

وسقط آخر على الصخر فلما نبت جف لانه لم تكن له رطوبة.
και αλλο επεσεν επι την γην την αγαθην, και αναφυεν εκαμε καρπον εκατονταπλασιονα. Ταυτα λεγων, εφωναζεν· Ο εχων ωτα δια να ακουη, ας ακουη.
English
And other fell upon the good earth, and having grown up, brought forth fruit an hundredfold.' Having said (lit. saying) these (things), he was calling: 'Who path an ear to hear, let him hear.'
Ο δε ειπεν· Εις εσας εδοθη να γνωρισητε τα μυστηρια της βασιλειας του Θεου, εις δε τους λοιπους δια παραβολων, δια να μη βλεπωσιν ενω βλεπουσι και να μη καταλαμβανωσιν ενω ακουουσιν.
English
And he said to them: To you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but (to the) rest in parables; that seeing they may not see, and hearing they may not hear, and may not understand.

والذين على الطريق هم الذين يسمعون ثم يأتي ابليس وينزع الكلمة من قلوبهم لئلا يؤمنوا فيخلصوا.
οι δε σπειρομενοι παρα την οδον ειναι οι ακουοντες, επειτα ερχεται ο διαβολος και αφαιρει τον λογον απο της καρδιας αυτων, δια να μη πιστευσωσι και σωθωσιν.
English
And they who are by the road are they who hear: then the devil cometh, and taketh away the word from their heart, that they may not believe and be saved.

والذين على الصخر هم الذين متى سمعوا يقبلون الكلمة بفرح. وهؤلاء ليس لهم اصل فيؤمنون الى حين وفي وقت التجربة يرتدون.
Οι δε επι της πετρας ειναι εκεινοι οιτινες, οταν ακουσωσι, μετα χαρας δεχονται τον λογον, και ουτοι ριζαν δεν εχουσιν, οιτινες προς καιρον πιστευουσι και εν καιρω πειρασμου αποστατουσι.
English
And they who are upon the rock are they (who), when they should hear, receive the word to them with joy; and these have not root, who believe for a time, and in (the) time of temptation they cease.

والذي سقط بين الشوك هم الذين يسمعون ثم يذهبون فيختنقون من هموم الحياة وغناها ولذّاتها ولا ينضجون ثمرا.
Το δε πεσον εις τας ακανθας, ουτοι ειναι εκεινοι οιτινες ηκουσαν, και υπο μεριμνων και πλουτου και ηδονων του βιου υπαγουσι και συμπνιγονται και δεν τελεσφορουσι.
English
And that which fell in the thorns, these are they who hear, and the cares and the riches and the pleasures of this life, in which they walk (lit. walking in them), choke them, and they bring not forth fruit.

والذي في الارض الجيدة هو الذين يسمعون الكلمة فيحفظونها في قلب جيد صالح ويثمرون بالصبر
Το δε εις την καλην γην, ουτοι ειναι εκεινοι, οιτινες ακουσαντες τον λογον, κρατουσιν εν καρδια καλη και αγαθη και καρποφορουσιν εν υπομονη.
English
And that which fell in the good ground, these are they who having heard the word in an honest and good heart (are) laying hold on it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

وليس احد يوقد سراجا ويغطيه باناء او يضعه تحت سرير بل يضعه على منارة لينظر الداخلون النور.
Ουδεις δε λυχνον αναψας, σκεπαζει αυτον με σκευος και θετει υποκατω κλινης, αλλα θετει επι του λυχνοστατου, δια να βλεπωσι το φως οι εισερχομενοι.
English
No one lighteth a lamp and covereth it with a vessel or setteth it underneath a bed; but setteth it upon a lampstand, that they who will come in may see the light.
Διοτι δεν υπαρχει κρυπτον, το οποιον δεν θελει γεινει φανερον; ουδε αποκρυφον, το οποιον δεν θελει γεινει γνωστον και ελθει εις το φανερον.
English
For there is not that which is hidden, that it will not appear; neither is there that which is secret, that it will not be known, and come into (the) midst.

فانظروا كيف تسمعون. لان من له سيعطى. ومن ليس له فالذي يظنه له يؤخذ منه
Προσεχετε λοιπον πως ακουετε· διοτι οστις εχει, θελει δοθη εις αυτον, και οστις δεν εχει, και εκεινο το οποιον νομιζει οτι εχει θελει αφαιρεθη απ' αυτου.
English
Take heed then in what manner ye heard: for to him who hath shall be given; and from him who hath not, even that (lit. the one also) which he thinketh that he hath shall be taken away.

وجاء اليه امه واخوته. ولم يقدروا ان يصلوا اليه لسبب الجمع.
Και εν μια των ημερων εισηλθεν εις πλοιον αυτος και οι μαθηται αυτου, και ειπε προς αυτους· Ας διελθωμεν εις το περαν της λιμνης· και εσηκωθησαν.

And it came to pass on one of the days, (that) he entered into a ship, himself and his disciples, and he said to them: Let us go across the lake.' And they launched (lit. drew) forth.

وفيما هم سائرون نام. فنزل نوء ريح في البحيرة. وكانوا يمتلئون ماء وصاروا في خطر.
Προσελθοντες δε εξυπνησαν αυτον, λεγοντες· Επιστατα, Επιστατα, χανομεθα. Ο δε σηκωθεις επετιμησε τον ανεμον και την ταραχην του υδατος, και επαυσαν, και εγεινε γαληνη.
English
And having come, they woke him, saying: Teacher, we shall (lit. will) perish.' And he having risen, rebuked the wind and the waves of the waters, and they ceased, and there was a great calm.

ثم قال لهم اين ايمانكم. فخافوا وتعجبوا قائلين فيما بينهم من هو هذا. فانه يأمر الرياح ايضا والماء فتطيعه
Ειπε δε προς αυτους, που ειναι η πιστις σας; Και φοβηθεντες εθαυμασαν, λεγοντες προς αλληλους· Τις λοιπον ειναι ουτος, οτι και τους ανεμους προσταζει και το υδωρ, και υπακουουσιν εις αυτον;
English
And he said to them: Where was your faith?' But they having feared wondered, saying to one another: Who then is this? because he commandeth even the winds and the waters, and they obey him.'
Και καθως εξηλθεν επι την γην, υπηντησεν αυτον ανθρωπος τις εκ της πολεως, οστις ειχε δαιμονια απο χρονων πολλων, και ιματιον δεν ενεδυετο και εν οικια δεν εμενεν, αλλ' εν τοις μνημασιν.
English
And he having come forth on (lit. to) the land, a man came forth to him from the city, having (lit. being) demons with him. And having been (so) a long time, he clothed himself not with a garment, and abode not in a house, but in the sepulchres.

فلما رأى يسوع صرخ وخرّ له وقال بصوت عظيم ما لي ولك يا يسوع ابن الله العلي. اطلب منك ان لا تعذبني.
Ιδων δε τον Ιησουν, ανεκραξε και προσεπεσεν εις αυτον και μετα φωνης μεγαλης ειπε· Τι ειναι μεταξυ εμου και σου, Ιησου, Υιε του Θεου του Υψιστου; δεομαι σου, μη με βασανισης.
English
And having seen Jesus, he cried out, he threw himself down at his feet, and said with a loud voice: 'What (hast) thou with me, Son of God, who liveth? I beseech thee, pain me not.'

لانه امر الروح النجس ان يخرج من الانسان. لانه منذ زمان كثير كان يخطفه. وقد ربط بسلاسل وقيود محروسا. وكان يقطع الربط ويساق من الشيطان الى البراري.
Διοτι προσεταξεν εις το πνευμα το ακαθαρτον να εξελθη απο του ανθρωπου. Επειδη προ πολλων χρονων ειχε συναρπασει αυτον, και εδεσμευετο με αλυσεις και εφυλαττετο με ποδοδεσμα και διασπων τα δεσμα, εφερετο υπο του δαιμονος εις τας ερημους.
English
For he had ordered the unclean spirit to come from the man. For it had carried him off many times, and they used to bind him with chains and fetters, keeping him; and he used to burst the bonds, and the demon used to lead him to the deserts.

فسأله يسوع قائلا ما اسمك. فقال لجئون. لان شياطين كثيرة دخلت فيه.
Ητο δε εκει αγελη χοιρων πολλων βοσκομενων εν τω ορει· και παρεκαλουν αυτον να επιτρεψη εις αυτα να εισελθωσιν εις εκεινους· και επετρεψεν εις αυτα.

Now there was there a herd of swine feeding in the mountain: and they were beseeching him that he would permit them to enter those (swine). And he permitted them.

فخرجت الشياطين من الانسان ودخلت في الخنازير. فاندفع القطيع من على الجرف الى البحيرة واختنق.
Και εξηλθον δια να ιδωσι το γεγονος, και ηλθον προς τον Ιησουν και ευρον τον ανθρωπον, εκ του οποιου ειχον εξελθει τα δαιμονια, καθημενον παρα τους ποδας του Ιησου, ενδεδυμενον και σωφρονουντα· και εφοβηθησαν.
English
They came forth to see what was done; and they came to Jesus, and they found the man, sitting, out of whom the devils came, sane, clothed with his garments, set at (the) feet of Jesus; and they feared.
Και απαν το πληθος της περιχωρου των Γαδαρηνων παρεκαλεσαν αυτον να αναχωρηση απ' αυτων, διοτι κατειχοντο υπο μεγαλου φοβου, αυτος δε εμβας εις το πλοιον υπεστρεψεν.

And all the multitude of the region round about of the Gergesenes besought him that he would go from them; because it (was) a great fear which they were (imperf.) And he entered into (the) ship, he returned.

اما الرجل الذي خرجت منه الشياطين فطلب اليه ان يكون معه ولكن يسوع صرفه قائلا
Και ιδου, ηλθεν ανθρωπος ονομαζομενος Ιαειρος, οστις ητο αρχων της συναγωγης και πεσων εις τους ποδας του Ιησου, παρεκαλει αυτον να εισελθη εις τον οικον αυτου,

And lo, a man came, his name being Jairus, and this (one) was a ruler of the synagogue: and having thrown himself down at (the) feet of Jesus, he was beseeching him to come into his house;

لانه كان له بنت وحيدة لها نحو اثنتي عشرة سنة وكانت في حال الموت. ففيما هو منطلق زحمته الجموع
διοτι ειχε θυγατερα μονογενη ως ετων δωδεκα, και αυτη απεθνησκεν. Ενω δε επορευετο, οι οχλοι συνεθλιβον αυτον.
English
because he had an only daughter, being [in] twelve years (old), and she (lit. this) was going to die. And Jesus being about to come, the multitudes were thronging him.

وامرأة بنزف دم منذ اثنتي عشرة سنة وقد انفقت كل معيشتها للاطباء ولم تقدر ان تشفى من احد
Και ειπεν ο Ιησους· Τις μου ηγγισε; και ενω ηρνουντο παντες, ειπεν ο Πετρος και οι μετ' αυτου· Επιστατα, οι οχλοι σε συμπιεζουσι και σε συνθλιβουσι, και λεγεις· Τις μου ηγγισεν;
English
And Jesus said: Who touched me?' And all denying, Peter and they who were with him said: Teacher, the multitudes surround thee and throng thee.'

فقال يسوع قد لمسني واحد لاني علمت ان قوة قد خرجت مني.
Ιδουσα δε η γυνη οτι δεν εκρυφθη, ηλθε τρεμουσα και προσπεσουσα εις αυτον, απηγγειλε προς αυτον ενωπιον παντος του λαου δια ποιαν αιτιαν ηγγισεν αυτον, και οτι παρευθυς ιατρευθη.
English
And the woman. having seen that he forgot not, came trembling, and having thrown herself down before him, confessed before all the people, for what reason she touched him, and the manner in which she was cured immediately.
Και οτε εισηλθεν εις την οικιαν, δεν αφηκεν ουδενα να εισελθη ειμη τον Πετρον και Ιακωβον και Ιωαννην και τον πατερα της κορης και την μητερα.

And having come to the house, he permitted not any to come in with him except Peter, and James, and John, and (the) father of the child and her mother.
